We are offering an exciting traineeship opportunity in IT, which will allow you to learn on the job and gain a Certificate III in Information Technology at Chisholm TAFE.Ìý This role will keep you engaged working within a highly skilled and motivated digital operations team.Ìý
Key Selection Criteria:
- Ability to provide effective, efficient and friendly support Ìý
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the capacity to engage with a wide range of people Ìý
- Well-developed Information technology and problem-solving skills Ìý
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products Ìý
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues Ìý
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ìý
- Meet requirements of trainee eligibility – must be an Australian citizen, or a New Zealand citizen or a holder of a permanent visa; and have a physical presence in Victoria (ie. residential address) and not enroled at school at the time of the trainee course
- Identify as a First Nations Australian (Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander)
- Enrolment and self-paced learning meeting required deadlines within the workplace for Certificate III in Information Technology at Chisholm InstituteÌý
- Completion of Chisholm Institute online literacy and numeracy assessment as part of the pre—training review process
- Working with Children Check Ìý
- Current Drivers Licence Ìý
