About the Role
Reporting to our Executive Chef, our Apprentice Chef will have the opportunity to work alongside experience culinary professionals in our picturesque restaurant. You will have the ability to develop your skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment and contribute to creating elevated dishes to charm our guests.
Duties within this role include:
- Providing support with the crafting of our menu items;
- Picking up on recipes and keeping pace with the kitchen's standard practices;
- Ensuring your prep area remains spotless and well-ordered;
- Getting involved in the dynamic kitchen environment and assisting with meal prep duties; and
- Showing a proactive attitude towards learning and following the lead of more experienced kitchen staff.
