Maxi Blue are currently looking for an apprentice painter to join the team. Ìý
If you have an eye for detail and design, and like a job that offers visual satisfaction.Ìý
Working with qualified and skilled painters you will gain valuable hands-on experience, mentoring and support. Ìý
Duties will involve: Ìý
- Carry out measurements and calculations.Ìý
- Read and interpret plans and specifications.Ìý
- Erect and maintain trestle and plank systems.Ìý
- Handle painting and decorating materials.Ìý
- Use painting and decorating tools and equipment.Ìý
- Remove and replace doors and door and window components.Ìý
- Prepare surfaces for painting.Ìý
- Apply paint by brush and roller.Ìý
- Apply texture coat paint finishes by brush, roller, and spray.Ìý
The successful candidate will: Ìý
- Reliable and hard working.Ìý
- Motivated with a genuine interest in the industry.Ìý
- Be trustworthy and reliable.Ìý
Preferred but not essential:Ìý
