Our client would like you to join their expert team in providing Event Co-ordination, Customer Service and Administrative Support to dedicated Senior staff members and Event Co-ordinators! About the role:
This traineeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands on experience:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, via face to face, phone and email communication, Maintain electronic filing systems, Data entry
- Assist Senior staff with administrative tasks, Event Co-ordination and on-site Event Preparation and set-up
- Organize workshops, Co-ordinate Travel Arrangements, Prepare documents, Manage calendars, and Update Educational Materials
- Assist with the Online Education Platform and help create new Education Materials; including online courses and presentations
What we're looking for:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, tech savvy (Familiar with Apple Macs and I-Phones is a MUST), strong administrative and organizational skills
- Takes initiative, highly motivated, eager and willing to learn, attention to detail, strong time management skills and ability to work autonomously
- Ability to travel nationwide and be available on weekends to attend, co-ordinate and set up a range of Educational Events/Workshops
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
- Driver's License and Own Vehicle (MUST)
