About the role:
This traineeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands-on experience in:
- General office and administration duties
- Customer Service duties
- Answering incoming calls
- Data entry
- Processing payments
What we're looking for:
- Customer service experience (Desired)
- Strong communication skills
- Confident in dealing with people
- Reliable and punctual individual who is willing and keen to learn
