About the role:
This traineeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands-on experience in:
- Respond to customer inquiries and schedule jobs.
- Prepare invoices and track payments.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Assist with daily office tasks and admin support.
- Help manage social media and marketing updates.
What we're looking for:
- Customer service experience (Desired)
- Strong communication skills
- Confident in dealing with people
- Reliable and punctual individual who is willing and keen to learn
