S & D Electrics Pty Ltd have a position available for a 1st year electrical apprentice to join our team.Ìý This is an opportunity to gain industry experience and would be ideal for a recent school leaver who holds their driver licence or lives close to our office.
S & D Electrics Pty Limited is a small family run business based in Georges Hall in the southern western area of Sydney.Ìý We have been operating for over 28 years.Ìý We have a position available for a 1st year electrician apprentice to join our team of 3.
We specialise in all aspects of commercial and industrial electrical work. Our work sites are across the Sydney Metropolitan area including the Inner West and South Western Sydney.Ìý Workdays are Monday to Friday and occasional Saturday work.Ìý You will start each workday from our office at Georges Hall and travel to our client sites in our work vehicles.
You will be working alongside our fully qualified and skilled electricians and current apprentice.
You will be paid according to the Electrical, Electronic and Communications Contracting Award (MA000025).
To be successful you must have the following:
- Genuine interest in electrical industry
- Reliable and hard-working.
- Be a confident communicator.
- Strong mathematical skills
- Basic knowledge of hand tools
